Ollie Harfield says he is looking forward to getting started with playing for Weymouth after completing his move from Dagenham and Redbridge on Friday evening.
The 21-year-old versatile left-back made 33 appearances for the Daggers last season and has also spent time at National League side Boreham Wood.
He has also previously linked up with Mark Molesley when he was at AFC Bournemouth.
Ollie is predominately a left full-back but has been utilised at left wing and centre midfield to great effect at previous clubs.
“I am delighted to sign for Weymouth. This is a big club with big ambitions,” Harfield told theterras.com.
“Obviously I worked with Mark at Bournemouth so we know each other and work well together. He was a big part of my decision.
“I’ve learnt a lot from my time at Dagenham playing in a tough league and I’m sure this season will be no different.
“I’m looking forward to getting started and pushing on for a successful season!”
