Ground layout
All spectators enter through the turnstiles at the Car Park End of the Ground (the North side).
Basingstoke Town Community Football Club (BTCFC) operates a Home End Only Policy, visiting fans are not permitted within the Railway End of the Ground.
The restricted zone is from the North Side of the BTCFC Clubhouse around to the South end of the ground to the southern most floodlight on the East end of the ground.
Visiting fans are welcome in the BTCFC clubhouse and should enter through the main doors.
There is a designated area for disabled fans in front of the main stand.

No alcohol can be brought into the Ground. Alcohol can be bought in the BTCFC Clubhouse but it is not allowed to be taken into the Ground.
This is a Hampshire FA rule as the operators of the Winklebury Football Complex. Toilets and refreshments are available within the Ground.
Flares are not permitted and will be confiscated. People carrying pyrotechnics and other prohibited items as per the Supporter Behaviour Policy will be refused entry or removed from the ground, and risk arrest or a Football Banning Order.

BTCFC reserves the right to eject fans who do not comply with the standards of behaviour set out in the BTCFC rules.
Getting to Winklebury Football Complex by Car
On-site parking at the Winklebury Football complex is strictly for players, match officials, and disabled spectators only. If you require a disabled bay, these are on a first come, first
served basis– therefore we recommend arriving early to secure your spot.
Spectator parking is available at RG22 6PG (what3words: ///filled.dragon.grapes) – behind Loddon Vale Bowling Club on Leisure Park Road. It’s a safe 5–10 minute walk to the ground via a pedestrian path and subway under the railway line. https://btfc.co.uk/location/
