Travel Update – Ridgeway Road Closure
Supporters travelling from Weymouth should note that part of the A354 Ridgeway (Monkton Hill) will be closed between 8pm and 6am on weeknights from Monday 9 March to Saturday 21 March for resurfacing works.
The closure runs south from the Stadium Roundabout.
A signed diversion will route traffic via:
A353 (Littlemoor → Preston → Osmington → Poxwell) → A352 (Broadmayne) → A35 westbound back to Stadium Roundabout.
The road will reopen during the day and at weekends.
Entering The Avenue
Turnstiles open at 6pm.
Weymouth supporters should enter via the east side of the stadium, next to the rear car park on the Railway Side.
A full search procedure will be in operation, including bag checks, so supporters are advised to avoid bringing bags where possible to help speed up entry.
Food & Drink
Due to segregation:
-
Magpies Suite and Turnstile Tavern are home supporters only.
-
Weymouth fans will have access to an outdoor bar within the away section.
Snack bars will be open in both areas of the stadium, with cash and card accepted.
All drinks will be served in plastic cups.
