A statement from the Terras Supporters Club as Weymouth Football Club receive a significant donation from the group.
Wishing all our members, supporters, players and officials a happy New Year! We have some great news to share with you all.
The Terras Supporters Club are very pleased to donate £5,000 to Weymouth FC to go towards the playing budget.
Terras Supporters Club chairman Pete Nash said, “It is because of the tremendous backing from Terras supporters that we are able to raise these vital funds to support our club. The support we get for the club shop, Christmas Raffle and other initiatives are what makes donations like this possible”
Add this to the increased Terras Supporters Club membership numbers, terrific shirt sales volumes as well as other shop items, it means we are in a position to make this fantastic £5,000 donation.
This is in addition to the Claret and Blue Lottery profits which had also put over £1,350 into the player budget this season so far.
