Weymouth Football Club Partners with Fanbase Ticketing System
Dear Supporter,
As you may have seen in recent newsletters and updates, one of my key goals has been to improve communication, engagement, and the overall fan experience at Weymouth FC. Alongside the up and upcoming launch of our new website and club shop, I’m delighted to officially announce our partnership with Fanbase, our new digital ticketing platform.
You may have noticed that many other clubs have already adopted Fanbase, and for good reason. It allows fans to easily purchase and manage tickets through a simple app on their smartphone. For those without smartphones, tickets can still be accessed via a regular web browser on a computer or tablet.
🧭 We Understand Change Can Be Daunting
We know that not everyone is comfortable with technology, and that’s okay. If you prefer not to purchase tickets online, you can still buy matchday tickets at the ticket office on the day as usual, or from the main office prior to the match. However, we encourage all fans to give the app a try. You might be surprised at how easy and helpful it is, especially with club news and updates right at your fingertips.

🎟 Season Ticket Holders
If you’ve already purchased your season ticket, there’s no need to buy again via the app. Fanbase supports both physical and digital season tickets. Your physical card will be included in your season ticket pack, and your digital ticket will be available in the app, which you can add to your phone’s digital wallet. If you haven’t bought one yet but would like one please contact the office or go to the old ticket site
You’ll soon receive an email inviting you to register with Fanbase. Please follow the instructions, download the Fanbase app, and register using the email address we have on file for you. Once logged in, you’ll find your ticket in the “Wallet” section at the bottom of the screen.

- Buy tickets for friendlies, league, cup and trophy matches, and other fixtures at the Bob Lucas Stadium.
- Stay up to date with the latest club news and announcements
- Access exclusive content and offers
🤝 We’re Here to Help
We know this is a lot of new information, but we’re committed to helping every supporter get set up. Staff will be available to assist at our Season Ticket Launch Evening next Tuesday (15th July 2025), and throughout pre-season. If you need help, just send an email to seasontickets@weymouthfootballclub.co.uk.
We’ve also created a Launch Pack with full instructions and FAQs to guide you through the process.
We encourage all fans to download the app and explore its features. This is a big step forward for the club, and we’re excited to take it with you.
Under 16
If you are under 16 but look older you will need to prove your age with photographic proof… you could always combat this by getting an under 16 season ticket – you would only need to prove your age once…
