# TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

## 1. Introduction
These Ticket Terms and Conditions apply to all match tickets, event tickets, season tickets and admission products sold by Weymouth Football Club Limited (“the Club”).
By purchasing, holding or using a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

## 3. Ticket Ownership
All tickets remain the property of Weymouth Football Club Limited.
The Club reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or refuse admission to any ticket holder where these Terms and Conditions, Ground Regulations or applicable laws have been breached.
## 4. Nature of a Ticket
A ticket grants the holder a revocable licence to attend the specific match or event identified on the ticket.
A ticket does not confer any ownership rights in relation to the Club, stadium or event.
## 5. No Monetary Value
Tickets have no cash value and may not be redeemed for money, credit or any other benefit except where expressly required by law.
## 6. Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final.
Except where required by law, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds will not be issued where a ticket holder:
– Cannot attend the event.
– Arrives late.
– Leaves the event early.
– Forgets, loses or damages their ticket.
– Is refused admission in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the Ground Regulations.
– Is removed from the stadium in accordance with the Ground Regulations.
## 7. Postponed Fixtures
Where a fixture is postponed and subsequently rearranged, the original ticket shall remain valid for the rearranged fixture unless otherwise stated by the Club.
The Club may, at its absolute discretion, offer an alternative ticket, exchange or refund, but shall not be obliged to do so except where required by law.
## 8. Abandoned Fixtures
Where a match is abandoned, the Club shall determine whether any replacement ticket, exchange, credit or other arrangement will be offered.
Any such decision shall be final.
## 9. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets
The Club may, at its discretion, issue replacement tickets upon satisfactory proof of purchase.
The Club reserves the right to charge an administration fee for replacement tickets.
## 10. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain or offered for sale without the prior written consent of the Club.
The Club reserves the right to cancel any ticket believed to have been resold or transferred in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
## 11. Match and Event Changes
The Club, league, competition organiser, broadcaster, governing body or relevant authority may alter:
– Kick-off times.
– Match dates.
– Competition arrangements.
– Event schedules.
– Venue details.
Such changes shall not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund.
## 12. Ground Regulations
All ticket holders agree to comply with the Club’s Ground Regulations as published from time to time.
The Ground Regulations form part of these Ticket Terms and Conditions and are incorporated by reference.
Copies of the Ground Regulations are available on the Club website and at the stadium.
## 13. Admission and Conduct
Admission to the stadium is subject to the Club’s Ground Regulations, spectator codes of conduct, safety requirements and any instructions issued by stewards, police officers or authorised officials.
The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or require any person to leave the stadium where permitted under the Ground Regulations, safety policies, applicable football regulations or relevant legislation.
Any person refused admission or removed from the stadium in accordance with the Ground Regulations shall not be entitled to a refund, compensation or replacement ticket.
## 14. Photography, Broadcasting and Media
By entering the stadium, spectators acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, video recordings, live broadcasts, streaming services and promotional materials.
The Club and authorised third parties may use such recordings without payment or compensation.
## 15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weymouth Football Club Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at a match or event.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 16. Force Majeure
The Club shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
– Severe weather.
– Flooding.
– Fire.
– Power failure.
– Industrial action.
– Public health emergencies.
– Government restrictions.
– Acts of terrorism.
– Civil disorder.
## 17. Amendments
The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on the Club website.
## 18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
