Joe Thomas

Known throughout the club as “Mad Dog”, Joe Thomas is a hugely respected and popular member of Weymouth Football Club’s backroom team. As Kit Manager, Joe plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring the players and coaching staff have everything they need to perform on matchdays and throughout the training week.

A familiar face around the Bob Lucas Stadium, Joe’s dedication, attention to detail and tireless work ethic make him an invaluable part of the Terras family. From preparing match kits and equipment to supporting the squad home and away, his commitment often begins long before kick-off and continues long after the final whistle.

Affectionately nicknamed “Mad Dog”, Joe is known for his passion, infectious personality and unwavering support for everyone connected with the club. His enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile have made him a popular figure among players, staff, volunteers and supporters alike.

Working alongside manager Jamie Wells and the first-team staff, Joe continues to play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the football department. While much of his work takes place behind the scenes, his professionalism, loyalty and commitment help ensure the Terras are prepared to perform at their very best every time they take to the pitch.
