Primarily a right sided defender, Oakley joins from local side Poole Town whom he played for in the 2024/25 season.
He joined the Dolphins from neighbours Wimborne Town in the summer of 2024 where he was part of a Wimborne squad that achieved promotion to the Southern League Premier South.
The 29-year-old played youth football at Weymouth college before moving to Dorchester Town, making his debut 2014.
In 2016, he made the decision to continue his career in the States in university sides. After four years in the US he returned to Dorchester before his move to Wimborne in 2022.
