Due to the weather at the weekend, the only team that was able to play were Weymouth FC Under 13’s who had to move their game from Redlands to Portland where Harlquin and Weston were kind enough to rent their pitch – all other youth team games were unfortunately postponed.
It was a huge well done to the Under 13’s who braved the weather and played Gillingham Galacticos in the League Cup, winning 6-2! Also this result means they have also won their group!
Manager Paul Tapper said, ‘it was a great game with great effort from the whole team. Good passing combined with excellent team work ensured they got the win they deserved. Very proud of each and every one of our boys’.
