Weymouth FC were pleased to welcome the Tiny Terras as mascots for the game against Banbury United at the Bob Lucas Stadium.
Tiny Terras Manager and Weymouth FC director, Mark Golsby said that his players enjoyed the day. “It was a pleasure to see Weymouth FC’s youngest players get the chance to be mascots for the game against Banbury United. The Tiny Terras had a fantastic time, and everyone at the club was so generous with their time. They were given a tour of the changing room and had a chat with Mark Molseley, they particularly enjoyed being in the tunnel with the team and running out in front of the crowd at the Bob Lucas Stadium. They are aged between 4&6 so it will be a a few years before they can play for the senior team, but after this experience they are all determined that one day they will!!”
Tiny Terras are a fun football group that train on Thursday evenings. Aged beteeen 4-6 with the emphasis on enjoying the game. First session is free.
