A few of our teams have been involved in tournaments and we are pleased to report some more brilliant news from our ever expanding Youth Setup at Weymouth Football Club.
Firstly, a massive well done to the new Weymouth FC Girls Under 10s who came runners up in the Penn Mill tournament to Bridport on penalties.
Well done girls, you did the club proud!
Huge well done to our Weymouth FC Under 11s team (Season 17/18) who took part in the Blandford Tournament at the weekend and across 12 teams and 4 groups, they managed to finish as runners up. Well done to Ray, Darren and all the lads for a terrific season! They were also awarded the Fair Play Trophy which is a wonderful achievement!
Finally, it’s well done to our Under 15’s on their win at the Blandford Tournament! Great effort lads and onwards and upwards next season!
It has been yet another successful weekend for all of our teams, boys and girls! Well done to all involved. Weymouth Football Club is extremely proud of all of your efforts!
