Brett Williams has parted company with the Terras after taking up an academy coaching role at AFC Totton. He also joins the Southern League South Division 1 Club as a player.

Manager Mark Molesley has this to say on Brett’s departure:

“Where Brett is now in his life and with his family, this opportunity was too good for him to turn down.

“He lives up that way he’s at the stage of his career where he needs to think about things.

“He is a firm favourite in the dressing room and someone that always gave 100%, he will he missed by all. We wish Brett well in this new role at Totton.”

During the 2019/20 season, Williams scored 11 times in 33 games for Weymouth. His final goal for the Terras came in the 4-2 Dorset Senior Cup final victory against Dorchester Town.
