Weymouth Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of defender Haji Mnoga on loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old broke through at Portsmouth’s academy and spent time at fellow National League side Bromley in the first half of this season.

Haji can play at centre back, right back or wing back.

Brian Stock: “Haji is a player, since I first joined the club, that I identified to come in to make us a stronger outfit. He’s a young lad who’s got good physical attributes. He recently went on loan to Bromley, but found his chances limited due to how well Bromley’s defenders have been performing.

As soon as he became available, following his recall by Portsmouth, we showed our interest again and we’re delighted to have him with us. Sean O’Driscoll has worked with Haji at Portsmouth and he also reiterated the great potential that he has.

Overall, it’s a good signing for us, one that is local and who is desperate to do well.”

Everyone at Weymouth Football Club would like to give a warm welcome to Haji and wish him the best of luck during his time here.
