Weymouth Football Club can confirm that Ben Miller has been appointed as Interim Head of Strategy & Change.
This new role has been created to help the club navigate an important period of transition, strengthen governance, improve communication, and deliver a clear plan for stability and long-term growth both on and off the pitch.
Working in tandem with club Chairman Ralph Ricardo and his fellow directors, Ben will focus on developing a structured programme focused on:
• Reviewing and improving the club’s governance and operational structure.
• Strengthening engagement with supporters, volunteers, and the local community.
• Supporting commercial and media growth to ensure the club is financially sustainable.
Outside of his work at the club, Ben has a proven professional background in strategic leadership, organisational governance, and people & process management at a senior level.
