Weymouth Football Club are delighted to announce that forward Brad Ash has signed a new one-year contract, subject to FA and league approval!

26 year-old Brad arrived at the Bob Lucas Stadium last summer from Chippenham Town and made 28 appearances for the Terras last season, scoring 4 and assisting 2. Notably, Ash was part of the side that beat Solihull Moors 4-3 at Damson Park, where he was one of the outstanding players on the pitch that day, scoring a brace. Brad also scored in our away games against Dagenham and Redbridge, where he netted a penalty and at Wealdstone, with a stunner from the right wing.

Brad Ash: “I’m really happy to sign a new deal at the club, I can’t wait for the season to begin and give the fans a season to remember!”

David Oldfield: “As with the other returning lads, we are excited to be working with Brad again. He has the opportunity to run and score goals for Weymouth, which is what he has wanted to do again since the end of last season. His combination of energy and goal threat is something that will be a big asset to the club. Welcome back, Brad!”

Everybody at Weymouth Football Club would like to congratulate Brad on his new deal and wish him every success for next season!
