Weymouth FC Women are delighted that South Coast Traffic Management will continue to be our front-of-shirt sponsor this season.

South Coast Traffic Management provide all types of traffic management, from multi-way traffic lights to road closures and everything in between. They apply for all permits and do all the leg work into making sure the works run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

We spoke to Joe Jupp from South Coast Traffic Management about how the company and Weymouth FC Women are both teams on the up.

“We’re delighted to renew our sponsorship for the new season. The team done fantastically well to win promotion and they’re really on the up. It’s also an exciting time to be involved with women’s football, given the success of the Lionesses in the summer.

“As a company, we’re also going from strength to strength and have just opened a new depot in Exeter to help us serve our customers in the west of the region. We’re a good match with the team!

“I think it’s great that the team are now playing home games at The Bob Lucas Stadium. It really shows how the club are keen to grow the club in the community and we’re delighted to play a role in that.

“I went along to the first home game of the season and it was a nice atmosphere, even better because it’s dog friendly and I could take my Roxy along with me!

“We’re continually looking to grow as a business and we’ve got a few vacancies open at the moment. So, if any Terras fans are looking for a new role then they should get in touch.”

Paul Tapper from Weymouth FC Women said, “We’re really thankful that South Coast Traffic Management have renewed their sponsorship for this season. They were even able to increase the amount of sponsorship in order to help us out with all the additional travel costs as we travel further afield in the new league.

“It’s been great to get to know Joe, Craig and Bethany from the company over the course of last season and we look forward to seeing them – and Roxy – on the terraces at the Bob Lucas this season”
