MANAGER Mark Molesley has already been highly impressed by the efforts of his backroom staff so far, insisting they will be “absolutely huge” for the club going forward.
The Terras’ boss, who was appointed on the final day of the season last month, has been working closely with assistant Paul Maitland, as well as brothers Tom and Joe Prodomo and reserves’ boss Bradley Asagba to help build for next season.
“I think my best signing for next season has been my backroom staff,” he told Echosport.
“The work that has gone on behind the scenes from those guys already I am sure is unrivalled by anyone in this league.
“We are hard at work every day and we are trying to identify the right characters and the right people for this football club.”
He added: “All of them are very hungry. They have shown that with the work they are doing in the short time we have been together and the meetings we have had.
“Planning and preparation is absolutely key for me and I feel I have the right people there that I am trying to create.
“My backroom staff are going to be absolutely huge for this football club and I am delighted they are on board.
“I think the players will benefit from their work ethic, commitment and their eye for meticulous preparation.”
