Weymouth Football Club chairman Mr Terry Bennett welcomed the voting in of new director Mr Nigel Beckett at this evening’s board meeting.
Mr Beckett (43) and life long Terras fan is chairman of the supporters club. Working as a Technical Administrator for Dorset Works Organisation he brings a wealth of administrative and organisational skills to the board and is very much a ‘hands on’ person.
Mr Beckett said this evening, “As a lifelong supporter I am very honoured to have been asked to take a seat on the board. I am looking forward to playing my part as a director of Weymouth Football club.”
