Weymouth FC Reserves sponsored by J&C Accountants are Sydenham Wessex Division 1 Team of the Month – March 2017.
The award acknowledges the hard work that Brad Asagba, the management team, and the reserve team officials have put in to progress the team after moving up to the Sydenhams Wessex League.
Within the league there were concerns with us entering the structure and over the season we have treated the visiting teams, the league, and its officials with the respect they deserve.
Over the season we have seen some talented players develop, some now playing for the first team, and some to hopefully to step up next season.
Being able to have a reserve team play at this higher level helps WFC develop local players, and we thank the league for the recognition of our involvement.
