Our 2nd Annual Weymouth FC – Youth Tournament has drawn to a close and we would like to say a huge thank you to both all of our volunteers that helped on the day and to all those teams who came and played!
We hope you enjoyed your time at the tournament, we were delighted to run to time again this year and the comments from various people have been amazingly positive! We promise to try and improve every year and each year we learn what makes it a better tournament for everyone. We saw some amazing football, everyone was well behaved and looked like they were having fun!
From all of us at the Youth Section we would like to thank directors Josh Barton and Mark Golsby for their help on both days. To Manager Martin Underhay who provided great commentary and score announcements which everyone enjoyed and was commented on frequently and positively especially when Josh managed to carry that on today!
And to our amazing set of referees who were friendly, professional and all round amazing it was a pleasure!
