The Terras host Boreham Wood in the final home game of the season at the Bob Lucas Stadium on Tuesday night.

The game will also be the first to welcome fans to the stadium under the new government guidelines.

Brian Stock’s side triumphed 2-1 over Altrincham on Saturday. Andy Dallas gave the Terras the lead early on, opening himself up to strike the ball across goal with his left foot, and past the goalkeeper. The side from Greater Manchester replied straight after the half time break with Colclough firing a powerful strike beyond the outstretched gloves of Ross. Dallas got the winner with 12 minutes to go. The Cambridge United loanee guided a free header into the back of the net.

Boreham Wood have had an average season, and currently sit in mid table. The Wood have collected 7 points in their last 5 games including a 5-1 thrashing of Kings Lynn. The London based side lost their last fixture 3-2 to Wrexham. The Wood took an early lead in the 18th minute, before a second goal was netted just before half time. However, the tie was really a game of 2 halves as the Red Dragons came out stronger and scored in the 60th minute. With the game on a knife edge, Tom Champion got dismissed for a second yellow card, giving Wrexham a man advantage. Then, 2 goals within the last minute of the game from Ponticelli and Hall-Johnson saw the Welsh side snatch all 3 points.

Kabongo Tshimanga netted in the 3-2 loss, and has been a key part of the squad since his arrival in 2019, scoring 31 goals in 65 games in total. Weymouth players are going to have to keep him quiet on Tuesday afternoon to etch out a result.

The last time the 2 sides met was back in February and Tshimanga was the lone scorer then, as his moment of magic saw Boreham Wood win 1-0.
