With the U23s season finishing now and the news that Paul Tapper will be stepping down from his role as the Manager of the team, the Board of Directors wanted to put on record our gratitude to Paul, Michelle, and his Team. Paul took over the running side under difficult circumstances especially last season and has performed admirably in the role. As Paul has put in his own statement released earlier today, he wears many hats at the football club and will be concentrating more of his efforts onto the Women’s side of the Club as we look to develop and promote Women’s football not just in the local area but further afield.

Replacing Paul will be Craig Adams, Craig is an A licence coach who has worked previously within the professional game as well as non-league and having been appointed by Bobby Wilkinson will be looking to improve the pathway, from youth level, to u18 to u23 and finally into the 1st team. Craig has been tasked with developing both young players locally and externally with a view to promoting players into the club’s 1st team ultimately, he will work closely alongside Bobby and his team.

Craig will be assisted by Andy Yates who joins us and currently works in the sports Department of Weymouth College. Also joining Craig’s team will be coach Ray McNab who will be managing the clubs u18 team and also Ali McGivney who will be supporting the u23s and 1st team with recruitment of young and upcoming players.
