Weymouth Football Club are delighted to confirm the signing of highly rated attacker Tyrique Clarke and becomes Bobby Wilkinson’s sixth new signing of the summer window.
Clarke was previously at Wingate & Finchley, where he won the clubs young player of the year award, a highly rated youngster manager Bobby Wilkinson was delighted to have fought of competition for his signature.
Wilkinson praised the youngster adding “Tyrique comes with a lot of energy and has a bright future ahead of him.”
“we beat of some fierce competition for his signature and I’m delighted to have him here at Weymouth.”
Clarke sat down with the clubs media to talk about signing for The Terra’s claiming it was partly down to the “fan base” as to why he chose Weymouth: “I am really buzzing on signing for Weymouth. It’s a great combo with such a loyal fan base + a passionate gaffer in Bobby. Let’s get it!”
