We can confirm that full back Luke Jenkins has returned to AFC Wimbledon upon expiry of his month long loan deal with the club.
Luke made five appearances for the Terras, making his debut in our 4-1 defeat away to Ebbsfleet United on the 7th January. He made four league appearances and one Dorset Senior Cup appearance – our 2-0 win over Dorchester Town. His most recent appearance being our 2-1 win over Hampton and Richmond Borough on Tuesday.
Manager Bobby Wilkinson: “Luke’s loan has ended today, it’s been a pleasure to work with him. Luke loved his time with us but in the end the travelling was too much as he was travelling 3 1/2 hours for us. I can’t thank AFC Wimbledon enough for helping us bring Luke to the club for the month. Luke has a really bright future and I want to wish him all the best for the future.”
