I feel proud to be a Terra once again.

I’m excited to wear the shirt, because I’m back amongst many teammates who I created a special bond with during my short time here. I think we have a really good chance to impress people as a team this season.

I’m really happy to have Mark Molesley as a manager.

The players he coached at the end of last season all spoke very highly of him before I came back here. Without a shadow of a doubt, that was a huge reason as to why I chose to return.

He’s a man with a strict vision. I could tell what his plans were from our first conversation; it was clear that he wanted me to help with his attacking style of play. As a player, I respond really well to things like this.

It’s no secret that pre-season has been intense!

But, it’s been good for all of us. We’ve taken on a lot of information, and we’re building our levels in a way that will help us peak at the right time.

We’re going to be playing exciting football.

Front foot, attacking football. I think of it as us looking forward, not backward.

A really strong core of the group has been kept from last season, which is very important.

It was something that Mark promised to do. We’ve also made some great signings to piece around the core of the group. This means we have a very strong squad, which, of course, is very exciting.

Francis Amartey is an addition that the fans will love.

I’ve been very impressed with him. He’s electric with the ball at his feet. If he’s not already a fan favourite, he will be in no time!

Scoring in pre-season really took the weight off my shoulders.

It was my first for the club since March. As I said last time, the feeling really is ecstasy, even in a friendly. But, I can’t wait to put the ball in the back of the net when there’s three points on the line!

I have some unfinished business at this club.

My campaign was cut short last time round, so I’d love a longer time sample, where I can hopefully maintain my impressive scoring record!

The fans have made me feel so welcome.

They were another reason I was desperate to come back; they made me feel settled, even with just a few games under my belt here. There’s no need for me to readjust; I can get back to business on the pitch straight away.

You can sense the community feeling at this club.

We have a really good fan base that backs our players. As a player, playing in front of fans like these makes my life a lot easier.

Ahead of our first game at Tonbridge, no one will tell you exactly what we’re saying behind closed doors. But, at the end of the day, someone has to say it. I’m confident. A lot of the players are confident. I think we’ll surprise people in a lot of games this season.

We’re all prepared for the challenges ahead.

We’d be foolish not to. An intense pre-season under Mark will help us be ready for everything thrown our way. I think we’re in a good position to problem solve in what will be a long season.
