Following a meeting between Weymouth FC’s Covid & Safety Teams and the Local Authority Stadium Safety Advisory Group to review the Covid protocols at the Bob Lucas Stadium today, it has been agreed that the maximum attendances at upcoming home games can be gradually increased.
We would like to thank all of the supporters who have assisted in this progress.
Please note that the wearing of a face covering is a condition of entry. Anyone who is “face mask exempt” may wear a face shield. We are advised that there are no respiratory reasons for not wearing a face shield and therefore there will be no exceptions.
We are disappointed to report that so far this season four people have been ejected from the stadium and will receive life bans for serious breaches of Ground Regulations. Please enjoy the game responsibly and help us to make the experience safe for all.
