As the season drew to a close, Weymouth FC Supporters Association presented some special awards to some very worthy winners.

Weymouth FC Hall of Fame Former player, Alan Beer was inducted into the WFC Hall of Fame earlier this year. He unable to attend the event back in February and so we were delighted to host Alan & his wife, Geraldine as special guests in the Frank O’Farrell suite on Saturday.
Alan was presented with his Hall of Fame trophy and a lifetime WFC season ticket. He also caught up with his former Terras team-mate, Tony Hobson.

WFC Volunteer of the Season, sponsored by The Jarman Family
The 2024/25 Volunteer of the Season is John Rawles.
For many years John has been part of the small team of dedicated volunteers who carry out maintenance and repair work around the stadium and help to keep the pitch in great condition. John has recently moved away from the area and this award recognises his dedication to the Club. John was unable to make it to the game on Saturday and so WFCSA Chairman, Pete Nash, accepted the award on his behalf.
WFC Chairmans Award 2024/25, sponsored by Paul Maitland.
This award is presented by the Chairman each year for outstanding contribution and effort to Weymouth FC.
Before the award Paul spoke very emotionally about the tough season we’ve suffered and his commitment to leading the club forward again. He emphasised just how crucial all the staff & volunteers are, stressing that Weymouth FC simply could not operate without them.
This year Paul presented his award to Claire Pavey for her outstanding work and dedication.
