JOSH Carmichael has left Weymouth after two seasons at the Bob Lucas Stadium.

The midfielder helped the Terras to the Evo-Stik Southern Premier South title last season and becomes the third player to leave during the close season, following the departures of Harry Baker and Tiago Sa.

Carmichael scored four goals during his time at the Terras, with all four coming in his first season with the Terras.

In a statement online, Weymouth said: “We would like to thank Josh for his efforts over his two seasons at Weymouth and for playing part in us winning the Southern Premier League title.

“We wish him the best of luck for the future.”
