Manager Mark Molesley has today confirmed the appointment of Josh McQuiod as 1st Captain for the coming the season with Jake McCarthy now becoming Vice-Captain.
Mark Molesley said: “I have made the change in order to freshen things up and allow Jake to grow more as a player without the weight of the Captiancy.
“Josh is an experienced player in the squad and although missed a large chunk of last season through injury remained a positive influence on the other players and showed real leadership qualities.
“Jake’s achievements as Captain cannot be questioned as he lead the side to promtion and I thank him for his time as Captain. Ashley Wells will remain as Club Captain.”
