Club information and your device
The app requests fixtures, results, live match updates, player profiles, news and ticket information from uptheterras.co.uk and relevant football data services. These services receive normal connection information, including your IP address and request details. This supports delivery, service operation and protection against misuse. Fixtures and live feeds depend on information published by the club and its providers.
Your ticket basket, shop selections, cached squad information, game progress and personal bests may be stored on your device. Android may back up app data according to your device settings. The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location and does not include an advertising identifier SDK.
Optional match notifications
If you enable Goals, Full-time or other app push choices, OneSignal and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging process a notification subscription identifier and push token, your alert choices, device/app information, language and timezone, and connection information. OneSignal records app sessions, usage duration and notification interactions to operate and measure notification delivery. These choices are not linked to your club website account by this app. Kick-off reminders are scheduled locally from published fixtures; Android may delay them.
You can change your notification choices in More → Match alerts or disable notifications in Android settings. Turning notifications off stops alerts; it does not automatically erase records already held by notification providers. Contact plugins@hyphon.co.uk to request deletion, including your notification subscription identifier if available. Service providers may process data internationally under their applicable safeguards. See OneSignal’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Optional shared Keepy-Uppy leaderboard
You can play without submitting a public score. If you choose to submit a qualifying score, your display name and score may appear in the shared top-five leaderboard on both the website and app. Use a nickname rather than your full name or contact details. The game creates a random visitor token stored on your device; the website stores a hash of that token to associate personal best scores and validate submissions. Run identifiers, token hashes, timestamps and scores are used for validation and abuse prevention. Game-run records expire after approximately one hour; published best-score records remain until removed or a deletion request is fulfilled. Network security logs and rate-limit information may also be processed.
You can report an inappropriate leaderboard name and block a player from your own leaderboard view. Blocking preferences stay on your device. Reports store the reported player identifier, display name, selected reason and report time for club moderation. Moderators can hide reported entries and prevent further submissions by that player identifier. Report records are limited to the most recent 500 reports and may be removed when no longer needed for moderation or security.
Tickets, accounts and other websites
Checkout, club accounts, orders and external shops use the relevant website and payment provider. Information you enter there, such as name, email, address and order details, is handled under that service’s privacy notice. The app does not directly receive your payment-card details. See the Weymouth FC website privacy policy and the privacy notices of any external service you open. Embedded football content may connect to the FA’s Full-Time service.
Use, sharing and security
Data is used to provide the requested features, validate scores, fulfil transactions, respond to support requests and keep services secure. Public leaderboard names and scores are visible to other users. Service providers may process connection, hosting, account or transaction data for their respective services. App connections to the club use HTTPS. There are no purchases, cash prizes or cash withdrawals in Terras Arcade.
Your choices and deletion
You can skip public score submission. Clearing app storage removes local baskets, game data and visitor tokens, but does not itself remove data already held on a server. To request removal of a leaderboard entry or a website account and its associated data, follow the The Terras data and account deletion instructions. We may need to verify ownership. Records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or other legal obligations may be retained where applicable; the response to your request will explain any retained records. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
This notice may be updated when the app or its services change. Check this page for the current version.
