Introducing the Monday Club
Every football club needs its unsung heroes — and at Weymouth FC, we’re lucky to have a brilliant group of volunteers who turn up week after week to help keep our home in shape.
Meet the Monday Club.
The Monday Club is a dedicated group of stadium maintenance volunteers who meet every Monday at the Bob Lucas Stadium, getting stuck into the repairs, improvements and general maintenance that help keep our ground looking its best.
But it’s about much more than fixing things.
It’s friendship, teamwork, plenty of laughs and a great social atmosphere — all while doing something positive for the club we love. Whether you’re handy with a toolbox or simply want to lend a pair of hands, there’s a place for you.
Yesterday, the Monday Club were proudly presented with their new branded polo shirts ahead of the match.
The shirts have been provided by the WFC Supporters Association, with the kind support of Rising Phoenix Decorating Services, and are a fantastic way of recognising the contribution this group makes to Weymouth FC.

So, if you’ve ever thought about getting more involved with the club, meeting fellow supporters and being part of something worthwhile, why not join the Monday Club?
You don’t have to be an expert.
You don’t have to know your way around a toolbox.
You just need a willingness to get involved and a love for Weymouth FC.
Every Monday. One club. One team. One Bob Lucas Stadium.
Come and be part of it.
