Having begun his career with Brighton & Hove Albion, Wes went on to represent Dorchester Town, Havant & Waterlooville, AFC Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Yeovil Town, Dorking Wanderers and Poole Town before returning to Dorchester. Along the way he helped Havant & Waterlooville to back-to-back promotions, earned promotion to the National League with Dorking Wanderers and became renowned as one of the South's most accomplished midfielders. Comfortable in a variety of midfield roles, Wes combines outstanding technical ability with composure in possession, vision and an eye for goal.
